Dr. Pixley is a licensed clinical psychologist with unique experience in navigating major life transitions, identity expression and exploration, as well as, with anxiety and mood disorders. She also works with patients experiencing challenges related to transracial adoption.
Dr. Pixley enjoys working with young adults, people of color, and individuals who work in creative fields. She sees patients in downtown San Francisco, Berkeley and via telemedicine across the State of California.
Dr. Pixley completed her post-doctoral internship at California College of the Arts Counseling center. She completed pre-doctoral internship at West Coast Children’s Clinic. Dr. Pixley received her doctoral degree in clinical Psychology from City University of New York and received her bachelor’s degree from Columbia University. She also holds a Masters in Psychoanalytic Developmental Psychology from University College, London.
